her UNFOLDING

Movement, ALways

I practically danced out of the womb, stepping into my first dance class at just two years old. By 12, I was immersed in competitive dance, training rigorously and experiencing what science calls a flow state—a moment of complete presence, where movement and soul merge.

When my competitive dance chapter ended in college, I found myself at a crossroads. I asked:

How else can I tap into that transcendental state?

And that’s when I found yoga

Yoga became my bridge back to my true self—my spirit. Eager to deepen my practice, I studied under some of Los Angeles’ most renowned yoga and meditation instructors, including Joan Hyman, Kelsey Patel, Hilary Jackendoff, and Noah Maze.

Now, with over 1,000+ hours of private yoga and meditation teaching experience and more than 500 hours of formal education, I guide women through feminine embodiment, somatic movement, and trauma-informed yoga to cultivate:

Emotional freedom and nervous system regulation

Deeper self-trust & self-love

Mind-body connection & nervous system regulation

A sense of ease, joy, and expansion in daily life

Because:

You are allowed to just be

You are allowed to choose yourself first

It is possible to experience greater freedom, joy, and love from within—every day
